Barbour is easily the best Governor MS has had during my lifetime. (Of course, my lifetime has been pock-marked by such "lumniaries" as Cliff Finch and FOB Ray Mabus).

But, I don't remember a governor better than Haley.

I agree. Haley is the best.
I will be at the Mansion tomorrow. I hope I run into him and can congratulate him in person. However, it is rare that he is in the Mansion during business hours.
