My manager at work is a Michigan grad and I am a grad of THE Ohio State University. We've been talking about the upcoming game on Saturday all week. I agree it's a mostly friendly rivalry that must be over 100+ years old by now.
I'd love to hear THAT post-game analysis.

Many of my friends from the Cincinnati suburbs went to Miami of Ohio. It's a great school.

My wife went to Miami but my mother-in-law went to OSU. She and my father-in-law are big time Buckeye fans while I've been a Michigan fan since Bo's earliest days. My proudest moment as a father was when I taught my 5 year old to pick out "Hail To The Victors" on the piano and then when grandma and grandpa came over I suggested she play her new song for them.
If you are still in Colorado like your profile says, then be glad you are there. Here in Columbus, the talk about the fans hating each other has been non-stop all week! It is so overplayed now. It's a rivalry, not a war-zone! I'm tired of OSU getting a bad rap for the actions of a few, and IMHO, it happens at pretty much every college football rivalry. Everyone should just go cheer for their team and stop taking swipes at the fans. The game is the one on the field, but the media has made a big outcry about the fans' behavior. I say, arrest the troublemakers (both sides), and let the rest of us enjoy the game!
This is the last thing OSU would have ever wanted. Michigan will no doubt win this in honor of BO. They know BO will come from the heavens and smack them if they dare to lose tomorrow.

RIP, Bo. This takes all the mystery out of the Big Game. Michigan will surely win now. Watch the officials throw a few calls Michigan's way.
I am sure he will be watching the game from above because if he doesn't make it, many of us won't either. RIP.
