No...W and the congress gave the middle class got a nice kick in the teeth with the bankruptcy bill bought,paid for and written by the nice lawyers over at citi-bank and MBNA. You know the bill that now allows your creditors who you have been square with for years to jack up your rates to 30% because you are a few days late on your water bill.

A bill that just screws over the middle class and was celebrated by legions of Freepers who failed to read the small print.
