The money was spent ONLY for Arnold, I was told. Nothing went to other candidates. They gutted the GOTV precinct walking, at least in my area, and replaced it with a razz-matazz mutliple-phone-calls snazzy computer program that ANNOYED voters and no one would work the phone banks. And replaced the volunteers with paid young computer hot-shots. Other than that ....

Did the same thing here in Arizona and I saw several letters to out editor saying they were voting the other party because they were so sick of being bothered with phone call after phone call...
