I haven't run a packet sniffer yet, but it looks like Hannidate is on the same server as Hannity.com. No outsourcing, just a generic commercial dating package that wasn't customized.
Although you'd think the install for a decent dating package of the caliber that Hannity should buy would have an option for allowing or disallowing same-sex choices. I'm not surprised though, as I've seen huge organizations pay a lot of money for pretty bad software.
I doubt he spent much effort on the service and uses it as a novelty to draw in visitors/listeners. It is caveatted with disclaimers. And if he decided to disable the homo mode, I'm sure the ACLU, etc. would be jumping all over it. I'm sure the outsourced service does cull through the posts to keep it from getting too outrageous. After all it is a relationship site not a sex site.
I am not impressed with this excuse. That is the same as Walmart does with having a homosexual site on their online website and people were jumping up and down on Walmart. If Sean needs to attract that many listners or callers than he should at least practice what he preaches. This is not good IMHO.
