I thought that was so clearly outrageous that something like that would never happen. I was obviously very naive.

I disagree. If NYC bans something based on local demography (leftists concentrated in Manhattan) and if Americans in Oklahoma can safely eat whatever the hell they want, and Californians can eat whatever tofu they want, then in my opinion, unlike Brussels or DC forcing uniformity--the Republic is still working in this small case like it's supposed to.

That's right. The non smokers didn't give a hill of beans about smokers being abused, restricted and controlled. Now it's 'their' turn to taste the anti's wrath!
