Gone quiet(Almost too quiet)

CNN) -- It's quiet. Almost too quiet.

That's what you get in a horror movie, just before something bad happens. But does the same cliché hold true in the world of al Qaeda, whose leaders have gone very quiet?

We had a flurry of messages from al Qaeda's number two, Ayman al-Zawahiri, around the time of the fifth anniversary of the September 11 attacks. There was an al Qaeda propaganda video about the 9/11 plot, a message to Americans urging them to convert and another message bemoaning the fate of alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammad who was captured in 2003. There was even an al Qaeda-conducted interview with al-Zawahiri.

I have said all of long I think Bin laden,Zawahiri, and Adam Gadahn have gone to meet their 72 virgins.

I find so inconceivable that these media savvy individuals could let these events go by without any comment.

1) The fifth anniversary of 9/11
2) The Democratic Party victory
3) Resignation of Rumsfeld

"I would not infer anything from it," says New York University Professor Barnett Rubin, an expert on the Taliban, who just returned from Pakistan and Afghanistan. "I have seen nothing to suggest they [al Qaeda] conform to the expectations of the Western media."

Although I am skeptical of "experts" these days, this sounds like the voice of reason.

Rumor has it that the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt is developing a militia. Ayman may just be busy vacationing visiting family. Israel may be getting hit from Syria, Lebanon AND Egypt in the near future.

Well that was long before the Dems victory party.
One would think that if they were laying low to change the Government, once they won there would be something coming out.

I think that is a telling sign.

I agree with that, but those are all recent phenomena. I think that it was that bomb that we dropped on the al Qaeda school in Pakistan that did them in, just before the election. And I suspect that Bush knows it, but isn't talking about it because he doesn't want to make life difficult for Musharraf. Possibly even the Congressional leadership knows. You'd think that the Dems would spill the beans because they want to get this war over with, but on the other hand, if the Pres comes to you just before the election and tells you this, but says that he doesn't want to make the info public, you are only too happy to accomodate.

While baking today with some quiet time for thinking, I pretty much convinced myself that they plan to try to ruin our Christmas, big time.

They have issued their invitation to convert. Now they have fallen silent. It's been bothering me and I'm glad I'm not alone.

They've won an American election and don't want to queer our impending surrender.

They got filled in after the Democrats made their trip to Damascus.

Stay quiet, pretend to be nice and sane until the day after election
Nov. 2008.

Only then will the dhimmis of America figure it out.
When our country will have elected President Obama and Vice President
Keith Ellison.

If we are lucky, they crawled into their caves and are humping their camels, sheep, or pigs. Birds of a feather - well, you know.

The facts:
• The saudi ambassador is recalled.
• CAIR threatens discrimination suits for flying while møøslimb.
• This year the hajj is between Christmas and New Year's.
• Both the US and Britain have interrupted attacks planned for the Christmas shopping season.
• It's gone quiet.

My conclusion:
• The West will be subject to one hell of a an attack, or series of attacks during the Christmas shopping peak and/or Christmas day.
• The attacks will be of totally unprecedented scale, with the goal of provoking the West into attacking mecca during the hajj to create world wide møøslimb casualties and inflame all of the møøselimb world.
• Whether the West strikes back or not there WILL be a high casualty event in mecca (their Plan B) and the West will be blamed.
• The distinguishing difference between a Western retaliation and green-on-green møøslimb violence will be the continued existence of the kaaba stone, not that anyone will particularly care at first...

Wasn't some recent convert caught planning an attack in Illinois?

I'm also of the mind that Christmas could be a time for concern.

But, now we have news that the Blind Sheik ain't doin' too hot. And we know what he has told his people to do, upon his demise.

Could they be ready for whatever they have planned and are just waiting for the Sheik to cack? Is everything timed to that?

Will they know when he dies before we hear from our government or media? That would be very bad.

Gone quiet(Almost too quiet)

They haven't been quiet in Baghdad.

Neither has the Mahdi Army.

Not that that's a gauge or anything.

Just sayin'.

The US has already been accused of dropping the bomb, and if they were killed, all of Pakistan would know this.

I am not sure I see how keeping this information quiet would serve any purpose. Now if we captured one of two alive, then we may have an advantage, but then rumors would be spread that they died.

I have heard that communication is demanded by the Koran before Muslims attack. They are supposed to offer a call to peace and Islam before killing and enemy.
