"What you fail to realize is that Swift was voluntarily enrolled, at their expense, in fedguv's pilot employee verification system.
The goal is to get more employers to voluntarily participate. The Swift raid will cause employers to not want to participate.

Bottom line, fewer illegals will be detected."

Well, of course they will not be detected if the employer decides not to follow the agreement they agreed to. (and aren't caught)

Ben, there's nothing hard to figure out here. Swift just figured it could sign an agreement which Swift figured the govt. would not enforce, then Swift flouted the agreement and signed up lots and lots of illegals, directly or indirectly. They completely gutted the terms of the agreement!

They're obviously guilty.

Actually we are not in a spot where we need employers for detection. It's not like illegals are hiding. The Feds would have (do have) more citizen support on this subject as they have ever had on anything. The majority of Americans DO want them arrested and deported.

Feds are not doing there job because they pander to the pro-illegal factions (apparently the ones with the purses if not the public support). It amazes me once they do a bust we always here it followed a long on-going investigation (so many years or months). Do they really think they are fooling anybody?

How painful to see our votes really do not count and our voices really aren't heard.

"They're obviously guilty"

What are they guilty of? What have they been charged with?
