Wanna know why Republicans do time for their crimes while Democrats are allowed to slide? It's because of Republicans like you who let them slide. While Democrats would be busy making criminal charges, and demanding prosecutors take action, Republicans fatalistically throw up their hands and say, "Fat chance. He's a Democrat. ........."

In this case I think Republicans would have more than a few Democrats on their side. Nifong has embarrassed many of them and if it's one thing you can count on from Democrats, it's their love of revenge against anyone who embarrasses them. All Republicans have to do is get the ball rolling.
