The NEA has just proposed imprisoning 19 to 21 year olds in its COMPULSORY "graduating centers".

Do you agree or disagree that a high school diploma will be necessary to compete in the 21st century?Disagree - if a person just squeaks by with a HS diploma they're not going to be competing for jobs anyway. Do you really think that a person with just a HS diploma is going to be entering into highly competitive industries?
It's not like students that are struggling to graduate are learning anything their final two years of HS anyway.
