It's up to us passengers. If you see someone appearing to be middle eastern in a airport tell security they were behaving suspiciously. If two middle easterners are on your flight, before you take off, tell the stewardess they were exchanging eye contact and nods.

Lie if necessary, this is war. You may be saving hundreds of lives.

I'm tempted to agree with you. If we make it inconvenient enough, and uncomfortable enough, for them to use airlines for travel... Then possibly they'll stop or reduce their usage of airlines. Therefore making potential middle eastern terrorists stand out all the more. Sorry for the inconvenience chaps, but sacrifices must be made.

However, if we "cry wolf" too often, then we may not be taken seriously when there are real indications of a threat.

I totally agree. Better to err on the side of caution. If I see them praying before going on a fligh twith me all hell is going to break loose.

Please don't lie about what you've witnessed before boarding a flight. There are many cameras in airports. Your claims will be checked against what was recorded by those cameras. YOU will be regarded as a person of interest if your claims don't match what the cameras recorded. Spare yourselves and your fellow passengers the delay and aggravation. Stick to the truth.
