#32, I would say that Lugar has a Jeffords, and Bill Nelson kind of problem, but seriously how on earth could you tell? He always acts, sounds loopy, waaay out of touch. Does he ever get angry with Democrats behavior? Does he ever say anything good about GWB and Republicans that are not RINOS and Suckups like him?
