I have known Jeb Bush personally, his closest financial supporters, policy advisers and political leaders for 10 years.
I have never heard that stupid term used once.
This is an example of why newspapers are fast becoming the tool of choice for wrapping fresh caught fish, lining bird cage bottoms and when the Sears catalog is all used up, cleaning oneself after certain bodily functions..... and nothing else.

I have never heard that stupid term ["King Jeb"] used once.I think the "journalist" must have gotten confused and thought she was posting on Kos or DU when she wrote that. Blind shuddering hatred can cause that.
