Good question, weegee, I don't know off hand but it would not surprise me. It seems that in Europe and the US we are very quick at prohibiting everything and anything as long as it isn't islam. What are we so afraid of?

Type in German and Scientology and came up with this:

http://home.snafu.de/tilman/krasel/germany/ there were quite a few more, also so I would say that Germans discriminate against Scientology.

"Didn't Germany prohibit Scientology?"

I don't know if they are verbotten, but I know the German guvmint has
tried to place strictures on Scientology.

I'm no fan of Scientology (read too many exposes while living in
Southern California).

But it makes sense to go after Scientology and let Islam alone.
I don't know of any cases of Scientologists sawing off heads from
screaming infidels.
