This remarkable article describes how France has persistently moved in a pro-Islamic direction - ever since de Gaulle, and long before the present 5 million Muslims (mostly from North Africa) made France their homeland and became a decisive factor in all French national elections. WELCOME EURABIA!

Indeed a remarkable article. It is amazing how they will throw any one under the bus for political expediency. Then again maybe it isn't. The writer of this needs to be encouraged to keep writing as this is his first for "Commentary"

Slowly but surely the French intellectual crowd (among them Alain Finkielkraut and now Redeker) is sounding the alarm about islam.

The upcoming French national election between Sarkozy and Royal will be either a sea change or a death rattle depending on who wins.

The fact that this man and his family have had to go into hiding should tell everyone all they ever needed to know about Islam.
