i have no problem with anyone else eating pork fat, or liking pork fat.
i actually got hungy when i was watching the indiana jones movie where they were eating snakes and monkey brains, or whatever it was, and went for a snack.
I'll take salt pork or chit'lins over monkey brains any day.
