Animal sacrifice en masse in one's community; or just the lone slaughter of a goat in the 'back yard'. . .down the street; I think does not follow the time/place - and to the authority of the who as executioner - the criteria for culture or societal appropriateness.
These people who cannot adapt. ..should stay where their own culture is grown and appreciated.
Should not be allowed except in ME hell-holes. And at that public housing where they were doing this, they banned it, right? Or are these sacrifices happening here in America??????????
