I didn't realize it was all grackles. I was kind of worried about it, because they all talk about it like it's a bad thing. If they've finally found a way to kill off the grackles en masse, more power to'em. NASTY birds.

I am convinced that the mass bird death in Austin was caused by disgruntled Dallas Cowboys fans who were upset that the Eagles survived the New York Giants. And since hunting eagles is illegal and unpatriotic...
There were grackles, sparrows and pigeons killed in Austin today. This entire day makes me ask, "What the H*** is going on today?"
I am fearing this is a trial run for something much larger.
