Add the noxious odors to the C-4 found at the Port of Miami and the dead birds in Austin. Lots of strange happenings, and then there is Congress adjourning for a football game.

I'm about 3 miles northwest as the crow flies, but it all went to the southeast (and diffused rather quickly).

I believe the MSM blamed the dead birds in Austin on Vice President Cheney.

I think that the craziness is just meant to scare the public, terrorize us a little at a time, until we let our guard down. It can't be a coincidence that all these things are happening at once.

TW was driving down the road and called to ask why we had fog in the middle of the day. Wife was at her mother's home about two blocks away from the plant. They all reported no problem and no oder.

Oh PLEASE. These things happen all the time we just give them too much importance now.

ethylenediamine

From the ERG: Initial actions are to isolate immediate area for 50 to 100 meters in all directions. Keep upwind (duh).

If it's on fire isolate to 800 meters and consider evacuating that area.

SCBA recommended in the hot zone.

Green pages show no information, at least not in the 2000 edition of the ERG so they will most likely not recommend large scale evacuations.
