Dickie Durbin is saying that only Iraqis can now end the violence and that they can't dial '911' (no pun intended) for the USA to save their country now.
Yeah....and Durbin Turban also said the Iraqi's must "disband" the militants, or something like that.....uh huh....just go in and tell them to disband....that's all it takes!
