Just watched a program this morning on the History channel concerning the assassination of Robert Kennedy.

Those who see the assassination as a conspiracy were thwarted for a long time because of lack of access to relevant evidence.

They were eventually successful in gainly access to the information ( or most of it) they wanted through the Freedom of Information Act.

Could this work in this case?

Don't Americans have a right to know what happened?

The problem with FOIA is that Sandy Berger stole the original documents with hand-written notes in the margins. Those documents do not exist. They are gone.

All of the FOIA in the world will not tell us what was on those pages. We can see what was within the margins, but not the hand written notes.

It could have been Clinton ordering our forces to let Osama go, who knows?
