Nah. Fidel is still in Havana. They brought in the Spanish doc for a fix on the first situation. The guy has undoubtedly patched up many a gored torero, so he was a good choice for this repair. Apparently the consensus among the American Surgical and Golfing Society is that they should not have attempted to tear Fidel a new one, when they were repairing the old one.

Instead they should have routed the sewage line straight out, so Fidel could have then carried around bags of what he inflicted on the Cuban people.
