Not according to FlightAware.com, the plane didn't get that far south of the border. For scale remember Houston is about 300 miles from the border to the northeast. This just confirms how ignorant and lazy the MSM is.

Flight Aware seems to lose track of planes once they cross the Mexican border. For example, look at the flight track from Friday's flight 1838.

Flight Aware's log for Saturday's flight also shows a gap from 1:44PM to 2:33PM Eastern. It was likely over Mexican airspace during that time. How far can a 757 get in 20-25 minutes? 200 miles isn't out of the question.
