Thanksgiving 2004, we were with my family and telling jokes. I said, "So John Kerry walks into a bar, and the bartender says, 'Hey John, why the long face?'"
Totally in earnest, my sister said, "Well, was he sad?"
(Until then, we never knew she had a talent for being the straight man.)
hilarious. thanksgiving is a great time to give thanks and goof on family.
