http://www.4intercept.com/ is the oral test. I'm not sure about cost. Currently most of our companies use on site rapid urine tests. These include adulterant testing so its hard (not impossible) to beat. Cost for rapid urine is $6-12 depending on the panel.

The bottom line on this is governmental power and individual liberty. Obviously illicit drugs are bad for you. So is a double cheeseburger. What kind of society do we want to live in. A society where people can live how they choose (and suffer the consequences for bad decisions) or a Nanny State where the government tells us what's good and bad for us.

Without rules and testing the cost to the business for liability insurance goes through the roof.
Would you be willing to take a 50% wage cut to cover the extra insurance costs so a pothead could get high at lunch?
That isn't "nanny state", that is the reality of running a business today.

Individual liberty covers only things that reasonably only effect the individual. If the action will greatly effect everyone else that works there it is no longer a right.
