I think for the most part, the Law and Order shows tend to be even-handed, although they do occasionally go overboard with the conservative bashing...L&O actually did one show recently where the bad guy was a liberal Congressman. The older episodes are actually pretty centrist and apolitical for the most part. Law And Order: Crime Scene Investigation and Law And Order: SVU seem to be more balanced. Fred Thompson, the DA, is a real-life Republican Senator.
