Did he break down and pick a party? (God willing, he checked the "D" box!)

Rudy, Rudy, Rudy....he can defeat the Hil-da-beast!

He's almost as bad as she is. In some ways, he's worse. He committed adultery, on two different wives, and then he lied about it, so the man obviously has character flaws! If he couldn't even be honest or loyal to them, fat chance he will be to us!

He's a RINO, and he's not honest about it, because he still wants to run as a conservative. The good news is that we don't have to vote for Hitlery, or another detestable RINO (Rudy)!! Duncan Hunter is conservative on all the issues!

I think that events can alter people's opinions and Rudy has stated more than once that 9/11 did change him. He watched many men whom he worked with die and attended lots of funerals, stood in at weddings, and literally anguished with that city. Did Hillary do those things? Not unless there was a photo op involved? And his record is proven that he cut taxes, cut crime and stood ground against that terrorist Arafat and had him tossed out of NYC! Do I agree with everything on his agenda - no, but I do know that he'll fight for America against the enemy and Hillary will hand us over until we're all on our knees.

I would like to see a similar chart that highlighted how RG, TB (the Beast), and the Rats differ on other approaches to governing. Taxes, crime, urban free enterprise zones, etc. I bet there are a lot of categories where they differ.

freeperfromnj: "I see it as simply picking the best war time President. That will not change the conservative values that were instilled in me long ago. We need to beat Hillary and continue fighting where GW leaves off.

You hit the nail on the head. The War on Terror is THE most important issue of our times. Whether people will realize it or not, it tops everything else in importance. Literally, our survival and the survival of the Western World as we know it, is at stake. Losing sight of this at the expense of other issues is like rearraging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

I have my own standards to which I hold all candidates, and Guiliani does come up short on many of them. However, I do think Guiliani is right, if for only one reason:

No Matter What, No Matter When -

A - B - C - D!!

Anybody But Clinton Democrats!!!

I think we should try to get the best of both worlds to the extent that we can. Rudy would most likely be a great war President, I agree, but he might appoint judges who will not hold the same values people like you and I do. That matters to me.

I love the cornflakes -- never tried that. Made some Italian bread yesterday with pork roast (lots of garlic throughout it with black pepper and parsley), mashed potatoes, and green beans with garlic and olive oil, along with endive salad. Always thought pork roast was kind of bland until I learned to make it the Italian way. I cook with garlic and olive oil a lot.

Rudy is a team player- he wants to be liked by conservatives and I think he will be getting some religion as the campaign wears on. And he is at heart a strong leader with a law-and-order disposition.

As I try to look for the positives, I've come up with this: At least there will be no Sista Solja moment by Rudy or Mitt for that matter.

McCain had his "agents of intolerance" and GWB did it twice too "we are not slouching towards Gomorrah" and "balancing the budget on the backs of the poor".

The recent polls I've seen all have her with a commanding lead state-wide in NY.

1. Giuliani: I'm a Strict Constructionist (Will appoint Scalia-type justices)

2. What kind of judges do you think Hillary will appoint?
