The attorneys mentioned in the article, Jay Sekulow and David French, are well known. Jay Sekulow is the leader of the American Center for Law and Justice. David French is a Harvard-educated constitutional lawyer who works for the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) which is James Dobson’s organization fighting the ACLU.
