Taking both reasons into account, I think the Court WILL take this case.

Thats great! Not to be a pain in the butt, but how confident would you say you are of this? 75%? More?

I could put a percentage on it, but it would be meaningless. The Court is bipolar. It is going to take the case, or not take the case. There is no partial or percentage answer.

I do know that the factors I named make the chances far higher than the half of one percent for all cases (including prisoners' pro se pleadings) offered to the Court, to be accepted on a Writ of Certiorari.
