One has to feel a bit sorry for the avowed athiest. For them, death is the end. For those of us who believe in God and the Afterlife, the adventure continues.
And, they do not even realize that our lives on earth are fuller as we have access to the Creator of the Universe that we can talk to by prayer. We receive comfort as we grieve from that higher power and we see the work of the Holy Spirit in the world.
Yet, they just see what they themselves are able to generate and explain. They can never equal the power of God.
