So what was Dingell talking about with the 'younger' members getting to go first in the questioning?
Are they bringing in ringers to try to sound knowledgeable???
I've never seen a hearing that didn't follow seniority...
From what I gather..this hearing is playing by NO parlimentary rules.
IOW, it is a "show" hearing..to give Gore a platform to spew his kooky theory.
