Come on people....give the guy a break.
He had to lead his entorage through the KrispyKreme drivethru and stop to pump $150 worth of gas into his limos. This stuff takes time.
Its just a House Commitee Hearing. I am sure they don't have anything better to do than wait for Mr Hollywood to make a grand entrance.
