But Limbaugh sounded pleased when Schwarzenegger eased out of the interview, saying he wanted to smoke more cigars with him. This is not what I heard today; Not how it went down.

I listened to most of the "interview" and found that it was mostly a light harangue in which Rush didn't get in much, Governor S. talking in rapid, never-ending fashion.

Rush couldn't get a word in edgewise...Arnold monopolized the whole conversation and went way over the scheduled time of 7 minutes.

I lost respect for Arnold.
All he did was talk constantly and change the subjects around to keep from answering a question.

Schwarzenneger is a politician. He appears on Limbaugh's show because a zillion people listen to Limbaugh and Arnie hopes to bask in rush's reflective glory.
I'm afraid Arnie has been hanging around the Kennedy's too long.

Nothing on global warming BS.
Dang. I wanted Rush to hit Arnold up with some of his good stuff on that.

During Arnies ramblings all I could think about was how he has this need to "take care of the people", "we need to do this for the people of California". No stfu Arnie your job is to manage corrupt state spending and cut it whenever possible. Not to propose new spending initiatives.

Arnold is right in that he was elected to get results whether you totally agree with him or not. Giuliani is the same way-he cares about getting the job done. Unfortunately a fair number of Freepers seem more concerned with remaining ideologically pure, even if it means losing an important election, rather than in getting things done.

Arnie on Rush sounds just like he does on those computer generated phone calls I get from him around election.
Arnie is a fraud---the only folks moving to California
are swiming across the Rio Grande.

I heard Auhnold the liberal, Rush wasn't going to take him on, just let him talk. We knew he was a RINO/Liberal, now that he has proved it, so what? It's likely better than what CA would have got if they had elected the liberal in the first place. Couldn't be any worse.
