I guess it will take the MSM another 6 six years(if ever) to report on this!!

If there was a Republican involved, it would be splashed on the front pages of every newspaper in the country!!

How bout an ethics investigation.

How about a criminal investigation. As a Californian, I demand a criminal investigation of our corrupt Senator Feinstein!!!

That whole scandalette about Justice supposedly only wanting US attorneys to investigate Democrats is laughable on its face. Duke Cunningham deservedly went to jail, but that crook from Louisiana with cash stuffed in his freezer is still walking free. Sandy Burger is still walking free. And now this about Feinstein. Wanna bet nothing happens to her? Gag!

Hmmmmm and isn't it DiFi the one fighting so hard to get Carol Lam back?? ... wonder why Lam never investigated this one?

The headline is merely a distraction to keep you from reading the whole thing and discovering the crimes Feinstein committed!!

Perhaps she resigned from MILCON because she could not take the heat generated by the Bohemian's exposÈ of her ethics (which was partially funded by the Investigative Fund of the Nation Institute). Or was her work on the subcommittee finished because Blum divested ownership of his military construction and advanced weapons manufacturing firms in late 2005?

The MILCON subcommittee is not only in charge of supervising military construction; it also oversees "quality of life" issues for veterans, which includes building housing for military families and operating hospitals and clinics for wounded soldiers. Perhaps Feinstein is trying to disassociate herself from MILCON's incredible failure to provide decent medical care for wounded soldiers.

Just Damn and we don't have an Attorney General either..
Or an investigator to investigate it all..

Seems like a whole buttload of things are/were NOT being investigated for the last seven years..
Wonder who OWNS Bush.. and when did they purchase him..

Yes, on both counts...but, Pete Domenici will end up in the Ethics Committee...and she won't.

I am going to ask THE rhetorical questions we all have??

Where is the GOP?? Why aren't they demanding an investigation??

but, Pete Domenici will end up in the Ethics Committee

I have sensed a real reluctance to come down on Domenici. It may be that Schumer and Durbin know that their letters to US attorneys clearly attempting to influence investigations are far worse infractions than a phone call which is nothing more than an inquiry.

As for why no DiFi investigation, the powerful protect each other.

I just posted on another thread...that the Dems might back off this ...because they might just foresee an angry BUSH...actually pushing AG to do his JOB...and start prosecuting Wm. Jefferson, Mollohan...get a polygraph from Sandy Burgler...

IOW...they KNOW they have skeletons also...and they have lucked out with AG in office.

Oh yeah --- I agree with you. She merits a CRIMINAL investigation. I also agree with you that she'll skate. Different rules and laws apply to democrats.

Just which party is the party of corruption?

Indeed. Am heading off to work, but just wanted to quickly respond to you. I'll bet there won't even be an investigation of this pig. She'll just quietly resign from her committe assignment and that will be that. And she has the reputation for being California's more "moderate" senator. Disgusting.
