Hopefully, he'll veto this RAT-controlled monster. Then the question is: does the RATS have enough power to override a veto?
Keeps them out of trouble making more legislation, though...
>>Not sure who voted yet, but that info should be available >>before too long.
I'm sure Nancy has the list burned into her long term memory...
Andrew Jackson would have stormed up to Capitol Hill and shot Murtha, and Teddy Roosevelt would have turned Pelosi over his knee.
Gates basically said yesterday that if he needs the money it will come from the State funding for the National Guard.
So, congressmen are up for sale! And it didn't take much to sell out our troops!

Yep... approval rating for congress just went from 28 to ZERO!!!
That's why old hickory is my favorite democrat of all time
I understand the senate rules do not allow a fillibuter of spending bills.
I caution everyone, that not everyone on FreeRepublic is a conservative, or even a republican.
FR is on the radar of many liberal activist groups, and sometimes I feel people forget that.
Several of the trolls have revealed themselves in this thread alone.
Of course we've heard of the filibuster. It's just that the 'Pubs lack the testicular fortitude to even attempt one.
Not Grover Cleveland?
I agree that this bill should be DOA in the Senate.
I'm going to look at the bright side here. As long as Congress spends its time and energy trying pointlessly to stick it to the President, it won't be spending any time on their commie agenda.
That is my question too. Some are filibuster proof, aren't they?
Thanks. I see my local Democrat Weasel Etheridge voted in favor of it. Why my neighbors continue to elect this socialist is beyond me.
