Malcolm Forbes, Jr. always was a phony. I'm not in the least impressed.

That was obviously a quid pro quo. Giuliani was vehemently against the flat tax and "Voila!!" in the same day Forbes endorses him, and Giuliani comes out in favor of the flat tax.
