I like Thompson, but every poll shows he's just an inside baseball pick--Rudy simply clobbers every other Republican.

I've seen no indication to convince me otherwise, though of course it's early in the season. But...I don't see it changing, unless the religious conservatives sink him in order to let the Democrats win in 08 in the mistaken belief that America will vote for an ultra-religious conservative after four years of her lowness.
