Why doesn’t W consider recess appointing the most inflammatory candidate that he can find to some judicial or administrative post?

If the Senate won’t confirm who he wants, give the dems their worst nightmare instead!

Yeah, it would only last until the end of Congress’s term, but some of these posts only last that long anyways.
