I can’t tell you how it would make my day for a ton of recess appointments to be made! Let the President just stand up and say that he’s doing it because Congress saw fit to take a recess while there was urgent business to attend to and they can plan on more such appointments every time Congress leaves town!
according to NRO, four recess appointments were made today. Very good start.
