This is exactly what we need: drill in ANWR, and off shore and tap our own oil supply, in the meantime build lots and lots of nuclear plants, while exploring alternative sources of energy.

Maybe Rudy could use tax payer money to fund research on how to use the tax payer funded abortion “products” to fuel our cars.

imo, This effectively makes him toast in California and Florida.

BTW, I do agree with the drilling in ANWR and offshore and building a whole new generation of nukes.

Somehow I think everyone voting against this would be publically embarassed by President Guiliani, the American People who know exactly who to thank for the high cost of fuel.

He could use all the babies he wants dead, and the puppies his wife killed to make oil through the thermal depolymerization process.

The only offshore oil Rudy can produce is that from his skin.

I guess since the Rutards can no longer fool us with the "Rudy is a strict constructionist" schpiel, now he is pro-offshore drilling. The only offshore drilling Rudy supports involves his a-s ugly former mistress, Judi.

Hopefully a pro-life candidate will also support drilling off FL and in ANWR.

NOW THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKIN ‘BOUT.

My grade school memory in geography is the paragraph that said “[insert country] is rich in natural resources including minerals, diamonds, coal and oil.

Since when has it become a sin against nature to utilize our own natural resources for the betterment of Americans?

I agree with Mr. Giuliani on these environmental issues.

everything has to be considered if the United States
wants to break its reliance on foreign oil

So if Guiliani is considering "Too", what prevents him from considering Not "Too"?

Kerry tried to play both side of the fence through both sides of his mouth also.

Why can't Guiliani just say "YES" I support drilling?

I want direct answers to direct questions, not "we'll see".

He’s right on this one. Too bad he’s wrong on so many other issues. He would make an EXCELLENT senator from New Jersey.

*applause* Some red meat from Rudy.

Comprehensive reform really is needed. Deregulation and expansion of nuclear energy, freer license to extract natural resources, AND research into renewable energy, high density energy storage, higher fidelity energy transmission, and safer radioactive waste disposal (not for global warming BS or to save owls/trees/mosses/rare beetles, but in the hopes of mitigating the asinine diplomatic games played with Islamic theocratic thugs and tinpot dictators elsewhere, as well as, in the longer term, increasing the competitiveness of domestic industry by reducing energy costs).

As much as I agree with Rudy, it won’t happen. The senate is...well, not respectable.
