A snow day with a fire going and no where to go is nice. Like you said, not in April, of course. ;) But, not too much either. We had those few years, where I was constantly shoveling out from under snow. That was just too much for me :).

I couldn't possibly live in a place with much more snow, but a few inches and a good storm or two over 4 or 5 months is nice. Snow does magical things - til it gets old.
