No. He wasn’t driving. He should have had his seatbelt on but and I’m sure he now knows that. Even if he was driving under orders , the troop is still responsible ....sadly.....IMO.

Your pension or break the law. I think it is abuse of power, since it know he would not wear his seatbelt.

Ripping down the left lane with lights flashing, get outta my way now, between the governor and his driver, it’s their fault. The apologies should go from them to the other motorists, who were travelling normally. Plus charges should be brought against the governor, his driver, and anyone else who tried to cover up the truth.
