Thank you for all your help. Right now I am drafting a letter to the Oklahoma Bar Assn. regarding the actions, or lack thereof, of the presiding judge. Unless I miss my guess he is required to at least listen to both sides. He has blantanly refused to hear our side or even look at the documents that clearly show that Katie was ill, not neglected. I guess a little power is a dangerous thing indeed.
