military too. I got printed as a civilian working for DoD.

I have CCW in two states, Indiana and Virginia. I remember that I was fingerprinted for my license in Indiana, but I really don’t recall for Virginia.

Regardless, it’s still not unusual for this fellow not to have had fingerprints on file. A normal, law abiding citizen wouldn’t really have any reason to have been fingerprinted.

Not in the state of New Hampshire. It's 10 bucks for the background check, and the permit to carry soon follows, so long as you don't have a felony conviction.
