So, if the person of interest is not the shooter, why are they looking for the person of interest and what’s the connection? The Police Chief is not giving many details now.
How about this: The initial POI was not the shooter....either the cops were wrong, or they wanted him to question him about the shooter.
Complete confusion....chief has no answers....none....can’t answer anything....can’t or won’t give a name....
