Did anyone see the guiy interviewed on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning? He was fantastic! He pulled no punches, and called this sicko killer out for what he really is. Said they need to stop showing and playing this stuff now, and for parents not to let their kids watch it. Said Cho wanted to leave a lasting impression that he was a tough Tarrantino type of character and he was really just the opposite.
Why? What if the national media had decided to sit on footage of the planes hitting the WTC towers?
As the public, we should be able to get all of the information that is out there. I don't want anyone censoring the information that is available.
If the videos trouble someone then the TVs have and on/off button.
FINALLY "A FREEPER IS SPOT ON". Way to go HaveHadEnough.
And we still do not know what he was about. Did any of that stuff make sense to anyone ? The material contained no specifics. Just generalities that are probably meaningless to investigators. And his roommate stated that the Cho on the video tape was not the Cho that he lived with. Different clothes. He was looking directly into the camera when he never looked anyone in the eye. Just stating that if NBC had properly reviewed this material before airing it, they should have realized that it was a meaningless diatribe. I appreciate the info, but it turned out to be worthless. Just like most of the crap the MSM spews.
Well, even when about you get a video and people see it — some will complain about 1/2 of a second being “bleeped” — which contains the “whole key” to the entire conspiracy.
I mean some people are obssessed with “conspiracy” all right. I just want to see them release the whole thing and we can put this stupid conspiracy out to pasture and realize, finally, that this guy was mentally disturbed and evil.

I didn’t hear/read about the whole thing but what I got out of it was resentment toward his classmates (for their having Mercedes and such)...I don’t know if he himself had a vehicle or not.
He did identify with the Columbine shooters...I didn’t get that part, other than that he saw himself as someone who had been picked on and was finally getting back.
I think Rush was wrong...this should have been aired. Obama may try to blame this on talk radio’s “coarsening of the culture,” but I think it’s clear that that wasn’t the cause.
I do and others do, so the use of we doesn't apply.
" Did any of that stuff make sense to anyone?"
It's evidence. What he said doen't have to make sence logically. It does give info on his mental state though.
"The material contained no specifics. Just generalities that are probably meaningless to investigators."
It's only meaningless to folks that don't understand how the mind works.
" And his roommate stated that the Cho on the video tape was not the Cho that he lived with. Different clothes. He was looking directly into the camera when he never looked anyone in the eye."
His room mate's a freshman. Camera's aren't people, they're inanimate objects. Cho thought everyone else was out to get him and was responsible for all the pain in his life, which was all in his head. Paranoia was a profound and overwhelming element of his personality. That's why he didn't look anyone in the eyes. He didn't percieve inanimate objects like cameras as a threat, resulting in bad feelings. He was really incapable of interpersonal relationships. That's why he had no friends. g/fs were impossible. He became an inanimate object in any relationship. Having blocked out any real interactions, he made everything up. The only reason he made the tape is, because he thought he could inflict more pain on the world by doing it, which isn't the case. He was again, just talking to himself through an inanimate object. Had his rooom mate, or any of the experts at VT, or the court ordered treatment center realized this, they might have been able to get through to him and get him some help before he killed those people. He was a psychotic, that was near the edge, and could no longer stand the world his own head had created.
"Just stating that if NBC had properly reviewed this material before airing it, they should have realized that it was a meaningless diatribe. I appreciate the info, but it turned out to be worthless. Just like most of the crap the MSM spews."
They should report the facts, which the material was, and not edit out, or withhold it.
Paranoid Schizophrenic.
I just saw a clip from a great aunt of his in Korea. Apparently, he’s been a loner and uncommicative all of his life.
BTW, GOOD post, IMO, and thank you for the ping.
Wonder how long it will be before she starts sympathizing with Cho and finding reasons why the VA Tech students deserved what they got?
Amen! I heard a little of whorealdo and shep's "reporting", and turned off the TV. Fox is as guilty as nbc.
They all make me sick.
I hate it when those two drama queens are working in concert together.
I see Anderson Cooper found time to get out of his new dives in New Orleans to report on-scene in Blacksburg, VA.
I'm upset that they stopped showing the planes crashing into the towers, or won't show Daniel Pearl's beheading video, or Nicholas Berg's beheading video. The public has a right to know what we're up against in the war on terror, and need to be constantly reminded of the pure vicious evil that these savage bastards we're fighting against harbor.
Thanks, and thanks for the note about what the aunt said. Pschiz... Yeah, I suspect that. From what the aunt says the paranoid psychosis seems to have always been there and it went schiz recently with the stalking and fire setting.
I agree. Most of these morons who call themselves journalists aren't even cut out for the job title they hold. I saw the video once, and I could barely understand what the hell he was saying.
The great aunt mentioned that his grandparents were worried about his behavior early on. Part of the report mentioned autism, but I wasn’t pay close attention at the point.
He’s a case study, that’s for cure.
Their desire to get out of 5th place among four cable news networks is a crime in and of itself.
Yeah, and Don Imus loses his job saying "nappy-headed ho's", while NBC continues to air the marble-mouthed rantings of a psychotic killer.
I think that was a given right after he killed so many people. What some are trying to determine is motive, since we are now seeing many disturbances at schools all across the country.
