I was there that morning, in front of my TV watching "Imus In The Morning", as the honorable Dodd announced his candidacy for the highest office in the world.

He certainly came across as a, uh..., a fine democratic candidate.

However, instead of achieving the rank of POTUS, he most probably retain his current title of POS.
