---------------------------- Actually, the ACLU probably WOULD take up the boy’s case. I know that the ACLU took up the case of a fundamentalist Baptist church in Washington County Indiana when the county seat wanted to force the church to pay for a permit to preach on the street. The ACLU got the city to throw out their ordinance.
Now, we understand that the ACLU is made up of real freaks, and we don’t believe in their political positions, but it is interesting who they have, at times, taken up for.
