I agree with you that the kid should sue. It just sucks though that ultimately the local taxpayers are going to be the ones footing the bill.

The local taxpayers are ultimately the ones responsible for the attitudes and behavior of the teaching staff and administration in their schools. They have to take control and the only way they can is to sue successfully.

David was not punished or suspended for that matter. I happen to go to Oakridge and i know that not only he but the protesters also were told to take off their sign. He had no respect to what the protesters were doing and did it out of rage.
