Just got off the phone with the office that oversees the county DHS offices. The lady was very nice, took all the information and will be investigating this issue. I am sure that the DHS office will continue to lie and destroy files. It appears that the caseworker removed the approved ICPC from Katie’s file. She forgot about the one that got sent to Michigan, files in the court in Oklahoma, and is in the current ISP that everyone has. She better be able to do some heavy backpedaling.
